Why:

Mijn missie is om geluk en succes samen te brengen. Ik heb door een burn-out zelf ervaren dat puur harder werken geen garantie geeft tot betere resultaten, maar juist kan leiden tot blokkades, energieverlies en stress. Vanuit mijn drive naar zingeving en continue groei, bied ik shortcuts om vanuit plezier en ontspanning het beste uit jezelf te halen.

How:

Ik zet empathie en humor in om een veilige omgeving te creëren en snel vertrouwen te winnen. Door positief te confronteren daag ik uit om de vraag achter de vraag bespreekbaar te maken en kan ik maatwerkoplossingen bieden. Mijn praktische werkwijze helpt om vanuit zelfinzicht zichtbaar resultaat te kunnen behalen op een authentieke manier.

Door mijn jarenlange ervaring in het bedrijfsleven heb ik tevens zicht op wat er van leiders, (ambitieuze) professionals, teams en managers verwacht wordt om te excelleren.
